I offer individual counselling face-to-face in York, online or via the phone, and charge £60 for an hour.

Those on concessionary rates can have up to 6 sessions at this rate. Subject to availability.

I offer face-to-face counselling sessions from the Raylor Centre on James Street in York. This location is easily accessible by bus, bike and walking and has free parking. Please note there are some steps up to the room, but a stairlift is available should you require it.

Having a baby is one of life's biggest transitions. With it comes a whole range of new and conflicting emotions such as overwhelm, guilt, resentment, elation and much, much more. I am dedicated to providing accessible mental health support to new parents at a time when money is tight, and therefore offer affordable online counselling at £45 an hour for up to 6 sessions. This applies to those with children under 1 year old.
